Our liquid damage assessment service is designed to give you a clear, expert diagnosis of your device as quickly as possible. Because every case of liquid exposure is different, turnaround time varies depending on the extent of the damage and the work required to properly assess it.
Every assessment begins with a thorough inspection to determine the extent of the liquid damage and whether repair is possible. For Mac devices, the standard assessment fee is £90, with an optional written report for insurance purposes available for an additional £35. For iPhone and other devices, the written insurance report is available for £35.
Liquid damage can affect a device in ways that aren’t always visible at first inspection, and in some cases internal components may be affected beyond repair. While we always do everything possible to restore your device, we’re unable to guarantee a successful repair in cases of liquid exposure.
Once your assessment is complete, we’ll explain your options clearly, including likely costs and turnaround time, before any repair work begins.
Our goal is to provide honest, transparent assessments delivered with the highest standard of expertise so you can feel confident your device is in the right hands.
